Я вот тут такой вот домик в Инете надыбала. В Бакстоне. И влюбилась прям.

















Хочу, не могу! Только кухню бы сделала тоже светлого дерева, как и стол, а не чисто белую.

As everything what relates to taste (movie, fashion, fine art, et cetera) speaking about interiors becomes a fairly disputable and, thus, a dangerous even matter, agreed?
Wouldn’t you get offended if I say I find your interior design you’ve posted in the beginning a little.. cold? But I guess, you are not a sort of person who just only wants complimenting.
When one works in a design field, it’s not always necessary to follow ‘pure style’ as it makes the interior a bit soulless. Some even eclectic is a must, don’t you agree?
I’ve been moved a lot and I used to create my interiors myself, without inviting a professional. I tried various stuffs, including minimalism, art deco, French country, loft. And quite often I had mixed the styles a little bit, adding some details which should be ‘the connection’ between the different styles.
Minimalism has none of tiny captivating details, that’s why I find it cold or searching for a better word, empty (both literally and figuratively), however, I had passed through it a while ago. Probably, I’m just getting old

Now I like Mediterranean style (which is considered ethnic) much, Toscana or Italian one, in particular. As well as some elements of other ethnic styles – but I just include them it home as ‘incrustation’. I like rustic style – old fashioned looking tile on the floor, brick and natural stones, and wood. It brings the sensation of something warm and ‘alive’, but I used to combine it with.. high tech glass inside doors – unexpectedly, it was not that awful

Your style is more likely what they call 'contemporary'. I prefer your shots No 48, 51, 52 , but I would avoid glossy floor using matt or at least semi matt varnish, and also I’d combine brick or whatever it is with some pastel shades stucco but not white ‘cos it brings too much contrast.
Well, the problem is – I am never able to be short But you wanted an opinion – here is mine. However, the honest opinion sometimes drives people to not being friend, on the contrary

Девочки,
а у меня беда с дизайном,интерьером..... Комната 20 м.Мебели : диван, стол+4 стула, ТВ+столик, комодик + над ним зеркало, ну ещё пальма.Как видите, 4-5 вещей, а всё стоит бестолково,никак не устанавливается,уюта нет в помине.А ещё купила 2 книжные полки в мой рост,по 60 см шириной.Ума не приложу,как ЭТО всё расставить.А ведь и красоты хочется с уютом....
Может быть, у кого идеи есть какие?Была бы страшно рада....
