SCENARIO: You go to a friends place to do something, and when yo uget there you are so ill , but instead of sending you home, your friend puts you in their guest room, and brings you food, cups of tea and medicine. So much so that you are much better the next day.

So how should you thank you them?

For a lady it would be nice to get some flowers and for a man tickets to attend some sport events, you know which one, it has to be a friend's gesture, just something from your heart))

Invite him or her for dinner. give them rancid meat and then return the kindness. Must I think of everything for you T?

If we are talking about a male friend, do not hesitate to remind about such occasion here and their in his presence - he will be melting every time when listening to the stories about his kindness... I am serious! I always do it myself and I will tell you that some men can not live without me already!

It depends on the kind of relationship you have with your friends but for my friends a heartfelt thank you would be enough.

ex or not - and you said friend - the same applies. Return kindness with kindness, pay it forward etc...

If you ex still cares about you - it means a lot! It is a very special gift when people can save and keep excellent relations after they split. It is even better than marriage.
