Ok, I am trying to cook and its now +31 C or 87F outside, but poor people in Milbara where its now +47c or 116 F
we are looking at +31 for xmas day as well, hot hot and more hot.
Santa better wear his shorts.

we don't have any snow yet and it is plus 7, which is warm for this time of year. Have a warm Xmas T.

Nah, she is waiting till July when its cold (mid winter). Thats ok she might have to eat her words yet. Opposition are threating to block the raising of the debt ceiling, if they dont revert the carbon tax.

Further south, here in Kharkov, we had 20 snowflakes yesterday morning. No digging required. No feeling of the holidays either. It feels especially dismal here lately.

ok, its chrismas day. its +32 degrees (90 F) , humid. and its HAILING.

At least the Dandelions are in full bloom. When I was a little girl I loved to build dandelion crowns , but it had been such a long time I almost forgot how to create one, at least Anita loves them as much as I did.

I use these shoes even now here, what is extreemly strange for me at this time of the year... still see roses in some gardens... surely not normal temperature this year :girl_impossible:

Ok its +35c (95F) today, I have been busy washing all the floor rugs both my older daughters and mine. as well as a ll the dining chairs (I have 16 of them), so I can get the dry adn washed. at least getting wet keeps me cool but it tends to wash the sunscreen off.
tomorrow is going to be even hotter +40c (104F) I think its time for a passive activity like packing away the christmas tree .
how is everyone elses new years?
