Voter Registration has been going full bore around the country. Oh there have been a few indictments of ACORN (Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now) for Voter Fraud, but that should not detract from the impressive registration efforts in many locales.

Or, maybe it Should

Indianapolis Has 105% Of Its Population Registered To Vote (http://sayanythingblog.com/entry/more_voter_registration_shenanigans_indianapolis_h as_105_of_its_population/)

Does ACORN have an office in Indianapolis? You know they do.

According to STATSIndiana, In 2007, Indianapolis/Marion County had an estimated population of 876,804. Of that number 232,607 were below 18 years of age, for a total of 644,197 people in Marion County/Indianapolis 18 or over and thus eligible to vote. (Indiana allows felons to vote as long as they are not incarcerated).

So we have 644,197 people eligible to be registered in Marion County/Indianapolis, and 677,401 people registered. Congratulations go to Indianapolis for having 105% of its residents registered!

Across the nation voter registration irregularities are coming to light. Many of these irregularities involving the former employer, ACORN, of one of our Presidential candidates, Barack Obama. Now it comes to light that Obama’s campaign has paid ACORN over $800,000 for “get out the vote” efforts so far this campaign season.

It's not who votes that chooses, it's who counts the votes. Didn't Stalin say something like that?

Let's see, I have a choice between a geriatric republican who looks
like he has puppet strings attached to him and an inexperienced
liberal democrat with a touch of baptist preacher.

The UK tried postal voting for the first time and we were getting crazy results like that too.
Could be worse, could be as popular as Putin and 99% of the people will vote and 96% votes for him,we know that turnout just doesnt happen.

They need our experience and help , Sorrow ,
Since Palin emerged as the most irritating stand up comedienne since Bugs Bunny and the Republican vote evaporated , he has lost his way, his happy smile and confidence .
Tennessee has always been racist and it sure aint go to be easy for good black hating white males to take the new black hope to their hearts and minds.
It's up to us to help the rednecks find a comfortable position in a world which is new and probably quite frightening for them .
It's the same for the related matter of Gay representation in public life . They see it as a threat to their homespun life . Old played out values , tired minds and bodies , I guess .
Don't fight with the poor old General . This is the time he needs our help and guidance . These are hard times for country boys .

Two points of information,

One McCain may look like he has puppet strings attached, Obama probably does,

Two until recently Obama was a member of a Church of Christ congregation, now calling a Church of Christ member a Baptist, may not be the same as calling an Irish Catholic a Protestant, but it's not far.

I am flabbergasted how Conservative you are -- in the old fashioned sense of the word
The race is over
The decision by McCain to even be seen talking to Palin was disastrous . He will never live down the crass decision to appoint her his number two .
He has as much chance of winning the election as Lassy and she has been long dead .

I don't care what Obama calls himself, it's how it acts.
McCain has a lot of experience but is a tired old man
who seems to have lost his fire, if he ever had any.

Right now, I would rather vote for Lassie.

Heck... right now, even Bob Barr or Ralph Nader are looking pretty darn good.

John Kerry Takes 4-point Lead in New Poll (October 8, 2004) (http://hillbuzz.wordpress.com/2008/10/01/john-kerry-takes-4-point-lead-in-new-poll-october-8-2004/)

Kerry takes lead in new opinion poll
Washington
October 8, 2004 - 5:29PM

Democrat John Kerry has taken a slight lead over US President George W Bush, according to a new opinion poll. The survey by the Associated Press found that Kerry had gained ground with women, boosting his overall popularity and cutting into the president’s advantage on national security.

The two candidates remain in a very close race ahead of a second debate tomorrow in St. Louis.

Among 944 likely voters, the Democratic ticket of Kerry and John Edwards led Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, 50 per cent to 46 per cent, in the poll conducted for the AP by Ipsos-Public Affairs.

The only Poll that counts is on Nov 4th

But for those salivating over the US ending up with and Obama Presidency?

Might happen, and while it will be damaging to the Nation, in time we will recover.

and the same folks were predicting a Kerry Victory this time 4 years ago,

So it's not over until the horizontally challenged. female person vocalizes ;)
