Well, there are traffic jams in Boston all the time.

Если вы помните, я раньше писала, что я люблю ходить на спиннинг классы, поэтому сегодня я хочу написать про эти классы пост.

Спиннинг, значение этого слова каждый понимает по своему, однако оказывается, что спиннинг - это еще и направление в фитнесе.
Началось все в 90-х годах, когда американский велосипедист Джон Голдберг разработал собственную концепцию велотренировок, основой которой стал контроль над работой сердца. Позже данное направление получило название спиннинг или скайлинг и широко распространилось в Европе, в частности в США. Успех данной методики не случаен, дело в том, что за минимальные сроки удается достигнуть поразительных результатов.

Как вы уже наверняка поняли, спиннинг представляет собой групповую тренировку на велотренажерах. Эффективность обуславливается сочетанием тренировки мышечной силы и выносливости и сердечно-сосудистой системы, что приводит к ускорению процессов сжигания жиров.

Если вы решили заняться спиннингом, то обязательно обратите внимание на следующий момент, который заключается в том, что тренировки по уровню нагрузки не одинаковы, выделяют курсы для новичков и для более подготовленных людей. ВТ – это тренировки для новичков, а СООL- для более подготовленных. Спиннинг является одним из самых энергозатратных направлений в фитнесе, так за одну тренировку сжигается около 600ккал.

Немного об экипировке. Одежда для занятий спиннингом должна быть максимальна удобна. Лучше всего если это будут специальные вело-шорты, так как именно в них вы обеспечите себе максимально комфортную езду. Обувь обязательно должна иметь жесткую подошву, дабы избежать излишнего сгибания стопы во время езды на велотренажере. Ну и конечно не следует забывать про небольшое полотенце и бутылку с водой. Уроки спиннинга очень интенсивны, поэтому каждый занимающийся должен осуществлять самоконтроль, чтобы не допустить ухудшения самочувствия во время занятия.
Обязательно загляните на урок спиннинга, и вы поймете, что это название носит не только специальная удочка для ловли рыбы, но и отличный фитнес-курс, который позволит вам улучшить свою физическую форму и общее самочувствие.

Как по мне, это один из лучших видов кардио-тренировок! Моя инструктор по спиннинг классу очень довольна моими результатами, которых я достигла на тренировках, уже не раз хвалила меня перед всей группой, что очень даже приятно!

Ladine, You should try to emphasize your carbohydrates for maximum energy.
Also, try to eat carbs 30-40 min before your workout.

You are a professional photographer if you getting paid for your work. Otherwise, you can be called as a hobbyist.

The link you provided show us nice pictures, but it does not mean photographer getting paid. There are so many different levels and styles in photography and there are people (customers) which like different styles. In this field you can't predict who gonna be more successful and will be paid for the work.

Сегодня я хочу поделиться с вами, одним из моих многих теплых воспоминаний. В этом посте речь пойдет о моем сентябрьском путешествии в Сиэтл ( штат Вашингтон). (http://ladycritic.livejournal.com/22622.html) Сам по себе город очень красив, он расположен на семи разных холмах, лично мне этим он очень понравился, так как благодаря этим холмам вид на сам город открывается очень красивый и можно увидеть много разных зданий с разной архитектурой.

Город отлично подходит для тех, кто любит плавать на парусных яхтах (например, как я), так же можно отлично покататься на лыжах в лыжный сезон на ближайших горах.

Очень много людей выезжать на велосипедах на прогулки, но еще больше просто гуляют пешком.

Если вы любите кофе, то могу вас обрадовать, люди в Сиэтле просто обожают кофе, они его можно сказать даже культивируют. Между прочим именно в Сиэтле впервые был построен Starbucks и следует заметить, что первая кофейня работает до сих пор, правда немного поменяла свое изначальное месторасположение.

Cам по себе город очень чистый, почти на каждом шагу можно увидеть мусорные корзины со знаком recycle.
Чистота чистотой, но в Сиэтле все же можно заметить большое количество бездомных, мне кажется, что в Западной части США все таки больше бездомных, чем например в нашей. Хотя в Нью Йорке их тоже много, но это понятно, так как население мегаполиса говорит само за себя.

На расстоянии пешеходной прогулки в центральной части города и на набережных улицах вы сможете найти большое количество ресторанов и кафе, а также различных магазинчиков.Следует заметить, что Sea Food рестораны у них отменные. Я стараюсь в основном есть морепродукты, поэтому для меня очень важным моментом является наличие большого количества ресторанов в местах отдыха (что бы можно было выбрать лучший ресторан).

B Сиэтле и его окружностях бывают землетрясения. пожалуй это один из недостатков проживания в данном городе, если не считать порой дождливой погоды и того, что иногда небо затянуто тучами по несколько дней подряд. Кстати, существует мнение, что именно из-за этого в Сиэтле процент самоубийств выше нормы.

В последнее время приходится путешествовать часто, я стала уставать от этого, а в частности от всех ресторанов, кафе, ужинов в кругу друзей и семьи. Наверное это из-за того, что я категорически против junk food и сладкой воды, которую так любят американцы. Те, кто следят за фигурой поймут меня, я просто категорически не могу есть фаст фуд или же просто еду из обычного ресторана, меня устраивают только дорогие рестораны в которых я стараюсь заказывать морепродукты, так как считаю что это самая нормальная еда. К сожалению хорошие рестораны иногда найти трудно, когда проезжаешь по трассе по середине полей или гор. В штатах курица, говядина и свинина, - выращены на стероидах! Если честно, считаю, что даже органик мясо и курица - тоже самое выращены на стероидах и гормональных препаратах, считаю что часто кушать это "дело" вредно, а по возможности стоит исключить совсем!
Неудивительно, что в штатах так много полных людей, ведь они с детства начинают есть всю эту не здоровую пищу и пить сладкую воду, и конечно есть тоны сладкого. Наглядный пример, дочь моего мужа, сладкое в виде торта, пончика, кекса или мороженного на завтрак, ланч и ужин и в промежутке между приемами пищи!

А сама еда - это в основном фаст фуд с сладкой водой или молочными коктейлями со сливками. Хорошо, что обмен веществ пока быстрый у девочки, а ведь некоторым так с ним не везет, и очень часто можно увидеть на пляже детей в возрасте 6-8 лет уже прилично располневших. Но, мне кажется, что это не только вина родителей, что не следят за тем, что дети едят, но и проблема в ресторанах и кафе, в детском меню почти все junk food или с большущим количеством калорий. А так как некоторые американцы едят в ресторанах почти каждый день, для детей это становится привычным питанием и они уже с круглыми глазами смотрят на здоровую пищу, как на что--то ужасное, а вот гамбургеры и хот доги уплетают за милую душу!
Мужа приучить к здоровому питанию у меня получилось и даже к зеленому чаю, но вот с его дочерью никак, думаю, что со временем она до этого сама дойдет!
