Boys and Girls ,
what do you think about a guy with tongue stud...Is it gay ? I find it as such a big turn on... However,I was talking to some of my friends and they believed that it was 'gay' thing :scratch_one-s_head:

I imagine if you get your tongue pierced, it may sound like you speak with a lisp, which is often construed as gay

Dont know about the gay thing, just seems painful to me, and a lot of work to eat, speak. Have only noticed girls have tongue studs here in US. maybe this is what they refer to, about gay. And what if you both had tongue studs and kissing, got stuck together?
Worlds longest kiss? ;)
There are much more erotic and private places to have a piercing

I was told that it depended where it was done on a guy...if stud is on the back closer to the root of the tongue it's gay thing,if closer to the tip it's not...
I used to hate my stud....really..it was so unpleasant to have metal in your mouth...plus it's bad for your teeth( I found out it later) ...
ahahaha...two studs stuck together...ouch..
btw,I have no piercing now...even my earings gone )))

When I was a teenager, I got 1 ear pierced, that lasted till dinner when dad saw it, 2 choices he removed or I did it, ha no option, I removed.
Then later in life herd if on one side gay, other side cool. could never remember which was which, and by then I did not think it was so cool.
My son got nipple pierced, told me to see what I thought, I did not think, his problem not mine:) Same with tattoo, it looks good small sun, so told him so.
my daughter in law(sons wife), has big tattoo on her belly, when teen, now she hates it, after baby, its all messed up, ask me what do I do, (ha like because I am older I would know?), told her exercise?
Told both if you tattoo, or pierce my baby girl,(grand daughter) I kick both of your ass's. They laugh at me. I make lots of jewelry for the baby, but never ear rings of pierce type. I ask baby what would you like for Christmas? tattoo like daddy's grumpa!!! haha.

So really, what ever works for you, and to hell with what some may think.
Just my thought. ;)

I think, CMM7 gave us the best brief concept of quantum mechanics we are discussing in another thread!:connie_girl_cleangl

I mean, until I do not know about things nor touch them, they do not bother me.
Someone's piercing as well unless it is my man who is pierced. That's very subjective as everything on earth. I like piercing if it looks nice in my perception but not tongue nor genital sphere.:Vala_07:
Whatever people say about 'special pleasure', I don't find it pleasant.
I have piercing and tattoos, I like it and I never care what people think about them. That's no ones business.
I just never liked pierced tongues, although I don't consider it gayish.

I personally do not like it, but then I am old and conservative (dispite what Dan may think)

I think tongue piercing on a gay is a little strange..but whatever floats your boat.
I have a couple of "Intimate" piercings, not gay, but can be fun!
Not so into obvious piercings, though used to have my lip and ears done 10 years ago.
Each to their own.

what is~ so annoying is trying to talk to a person while they are clicking it against their teeth- I see no fascinating statement at all by people that do it And most people I know get tired of it and let it go- Its just another childhood fad that falls to the wayside, either gay or straight.. Of course one thing worse and thats the guys that wear their pants falling off their ass--Now THAT is stupid.. Of course I think the cops like it coz it helps them catch the fleeing felons faster

Most things I can overlook-I mean if you want to pierce your tongue, clit ,whatever~go for it. But looking at these idiots wearing these 5 size to big pants is just to much.. And I thought bell bottoms were bad!!

I don't think it's a gay thing, my mate has it done & he has several attachments for it, the best one is his ''buzzer'' it goes through his tongue & is like a small vibrator,, his wife loves it!

I'm not against piercings at all. Just can't imagine having a piece of metal through my own tongue. Talking, and eating would be a challenge I think.

I wouldn't consider it "gay" either. Just another fad.

yep, that's why I never got used to mine and had to take it out..I almost ripped my tongue once and it was awful...plus if you were in car accident and needed some breathing tubes, the tongue thingy could be a problem

I stepped on a nail once...hurt like hell. Does this count as a piercing?

No, it doesn't. And nothing wrong about hygiene either - I'm telling it as a medic. And now I'm going to keep the very serious conversation about the spirit, energy, and quantum waves :Vala_15:

On occasion, my son will invite me to hang with them when they have a party.
Some good folk, always fun, and I am a good baby sitter.
I ask a few of the folk about their piercings, what it was about.
The first answer was just as elane, a tribal feeling, a tap into the old spirits.
Some feel it is more then a fad, or fashion, I think they will also keep them for life.
One guy had his arm pierced with about 6-8 big safety pins in a row, he said his was a statement of individuality, of this I had no doubt.
It reminded me of a old pen and ink drawing done of the ghost dance, where the dancer would cut slits in the skin of his chest and back, loop sinew through the slits, and out to buffalo skulls, at the back, and tie the front loops to a tree, then do his prayer dance till the loops tore free, for both tree and skulls.
When I lived in Montana, I met a Cheyenne that never wore a shirt, he had obviously done the dance, had 2 scars on each side of his chest, and 4 on his back.
Since it is a personal thing I never ask if my assumption was true. But I am sure I am correct in my thought.
