Now this set of photos was taken in Port Gibson Mississippi Civil War Military Park. It is a beautiful and yet creepy place- The objects you see hanging from the trees appear in all trees down here in the Deep South-It is called ''Spanish Moss'' and adds a even more mysterious feeling to a creepy old graveyard and some of the photos are enhanced with color saturation to add another element of creepiness. And the old Grist Mill is my favorite and I will be going back there when the leaves start to change colors..

Right now a Kodak Easy Share--Nothing really but I just know what it will and wont do--NOW in the next few months I am looking to go BIGTIME I am in the market for a Canon EOS 7 D. I have a little more saving to do coz it is going to set me back. But its a good one, shoots 6fps and to many other things to list. Then next I am investing in some White Lighting Strobes with a Portrait Softbox and I should be ready.:shout:

A Canon 7D. Smart and expensive piece of kit. But only as good as the lenses. ;)

I've had a Canon 400D for three years now. Excellent value, and does a lot of things the pro cameras do. But to expand photographic horizons, I would look to new lenses instead of the camera. Most of the DSLRs in the last four years have excellent sensors which can improve on quality with the decent lenses.

Lighting strobes and softbox, great ideas. Good additions.

Actually I have never worried about cameras or lenses and to take a phrase from you the camera is only as good as the photographer ;) because I can assure you this camera I used here is basically a piece of crap. If I can get the body and 1 lens for 1,200.00 I will be very happy. I was just talking to a friend in Europe and she said the same camera is 2000 euros
