Don't know about that. I based my choices on the color of their uniforms.

Looks like I was perfect this weekend. (I learned not to trust the Bears.)
I quit picking the donkeys, they have let me down every time.
my buds in colo. say Im a traitor. ( but they have played some amazing games, I hear).

I had been a Broncos fan since I became a Coloradan in the late 1970s (grew up south of Boston). There was nothing better than being a Broncos fan during the Elway years, especially in the late '90s, when he had guys like Shannon Sharpe, Rod Smith and Terrel Davis to work with. Two Super Bowls in a row!
But then Elway left and the slide began. Then Shanahan was fired, and the slide turned into a lead-weighted drop. I began losing interest in the Broncos after Elway, but more because the entire NFL was beginning to turn me off. It just wasn't the same league I had enjoyed earlier.
Now the only sports I really have an interest in are hockey and baseball. Avalanche and Rockies. I follow CSU football (my alma matter), but they stink to high heavens these days too. The good thing is that there is a slight overlap on both ends between the NHL and MLB seasons.

So... which team would you like in Toronto - the Bills or the Lions? How about these possibilities:
The Raiders could be come the Vancouver Ninjas.
The Browns become the Montreal Bruns (or Rouge?).
The Jaguars become the Halifax Cods (now THERE is a name that would strike fear into their opponents).
And then, there could be... the Calgary Broncos (yes... I said it).

The Fords will never sell, or move the Lions.:yield:
The losses have all been close games, and they have played much better than a 1-5 team this season, even with the loss of their top two QB's. But, 1-5 is still 1-5:(

it would be the Bills simply because they can no longer afford a team in Buffalo and won't build a new stadium to replace the cess pool they play in now

Don't forget that the Patriots were a woeful team for much of their existence. Then they got the right owner, GM and coach. They put together the best team of the last decade. The Lions have some good pieces, so perhaps in time?

I do feel they will get better, but the owners still suck:p
