Hey guys, I got paid a whopping eighty bucks for this and I thought I would share it with since I still own it:

R.I.P. (Rant In Progress): Our Choices In Life

My father did not teach me all of what you are about to read or hear. I do not recall much of anything told to me by men of religion, politicians and certainly not any boss I have ever had. I absorbed what I deem necessary from you, or the person sitting next to you or the busker in your local subway. I learned from heroes who started with nothing and then shared their growth with those who dared to listen and those who dared to care.

Anything good I have been taught has come from people whose ambition was layered with nothing less than pure humanity and an innocence that can thrive only when nothing is guarded. Everything bad that has been hammered into my soul has come from those that are driven by money and greed.

It is sad to accept that I have encountered more bad than good.

Asking someone to change is a waste of time and effort. Asking yourself to change is an adventure you will always be proud of.

Love is all around you and always has been, some of us choose to cherish it while others join Internet sites.

Money does solve problems, it is how you spend it that will cause eventual grief.
It is nice that someone inspires you but it is so much more rewarding when you inspire others.

Tattoo's are stories you will have to explain the rest of your life to people who think you're an idiot.

Every time you do something for the purpose of being accepted by another makes you their temporary slave. Yes, I know that sounds harsh but you made your choice, how did it work out for you?

Our world is full of people living in hospitals, basement apartments and jail who though that drugs were cool. There is not one proud, happy, successful person on this globe who needs illegal drugs.

You are fat for a reason. Thin people are richer, happier and have more fun. Go for a walk.

Nothing in your life is more important than your children and nothing in their life is more important than you. Remember this next time you feel sorry for yourself and yell at them. Remember this next time you try to make them into clones of you.

Hoping for one person to change the world can take a lifetime of regret. Changing your world can start today and bring a lifetime of rewards.

Aside from our biological makeup, men and women are not that different. The education is over, some of us are morons, some of us are not; some of us have learned, some of us cannot be taught. The only people telling you that we are different are those wanting us to buy their books. ALL people are different...get a freaking grip.

It is wonderful to have God in your life as long as you can accept that your God is the same as the other guy's God.

Nostradamus wrote a fairy tale so that publishers - centuries later - could make gobs of money. End of story you 'end of the world' dimwits.

Experimentation is great in countries with no Internet, video cameras or YouTube. Think of that next time you wake up with a hangover.

Unprotected sex feels better until the clinic calls with your results. Wear a condom.

Every time you flaunt your wealth you will meet someone who wishes to take it away from you.

You are where you are in life because you allowed it to happen. If you are in a dead end job do not take out your anger on those around you, it is you that is at fault. It is you and you alone who can change tomorrow.

Lotteries do change your life. They allow you to donate ten dollars every week to strangers in high towers with glass windows and disallows you to spend that money on clothes, a child's toy or an education.

It is easier to be a good person than an ass. It takes years of practice to become the perfect ass and only a special moment to be a good guy.

Do not waste any effort on people who spend too much time in front of mirrors. They will never love you or their future children more than themselves thus making them the ugliest people you will ever know.

It is impossible to fall out of love. Love is impenetrable, love is unending, love is forever.
Lust, on the other hand, fuels economies, lawyers, Jerry Springer, Hollywood and country music.

The most beautiful women I have ever known were not the most gorgeous women I have ever met. Given the choice, I would spend an hour with the gorgeous woman but a lifetime with the beautiful one.

Only a few of the most fascinating people I have ever known had high IQ's. Instead, they had desire and passion. How about you?

We all have a closet filled with secrets. Liberals rent storage space.

If television is your only mode of entertainment, rush out to the nearest pet store or SPCA and get a dog that pees a lot.

The expression, "Guns do not kill people, people do," is a phrase used by people who have never been shot. The same logic would apply if a man said, "My penis did not make you pregnant, my semen did." Idiots.

Love does not need to be learned, it is natural and embraces you with a glorious happiness that you never wish to lose. Hate is an acquired taste that fills you with depression. doom and despair. Make your choice.

I agree with almost all of you thoughts....I would like to point out that it is almost impossible for a Russian woman to leave the home without looking at herself in the mirror. The second item....question...keeping Nostradamus in mind, how can we make money off of all the 2012 books published now, in January, 2013?

Most of it is pretty good advice I think.
Thanks.

Bobby I also agree with what you've written here; it's good wisdom.
