a word is a form endow with an information and energy... no word which was told cant disappeare... when we say a word we make a wave... energetic power... for example... we think if we talk in a room and no-one can hear us... so the wave we made is blocked inside room... but does this mean a word cant leave the borders of this room and in some very thin deep level this wave has not limits?

a word its a tune row the purpose of which is to be realize by a human...
a word its like a command which we let go into the world when say a word...

Words can be taken in so many different ways and communicated in many other ways.

"I love that" - the word love is used in so many different connotations that the word itself because bland unless spoken to an actual loved one. So when spoken in the context - "Oh, I love that type of bread" the true meaning is trivialized. So what happens to the word? It is never lost Ivanka. Perhaps the word is remembered by the person it is spoken to and then brought back into your life by this same person, i.e. he/she buys you a loaf of the bread you love. Or, it is forgotten.

Another example - You walk into a friends apartment on a cold evening and are greeted with the words "I have gas"...make your own assumptions

a wise person said once. people need 3 locks one in the throat, one on the thongue and the last one on the lips, to be able to stop a word to fly, cause when it is free, then nothing, ever, can not stop it anymore.

I observed something a while ago that nothing can move us more than the native language words. we all know what means a word in english but is a big difference to hear a love word in other language than your own.

my advice is: when you have a foreighn beloved person, learn to say the sweetest words in her/his native language......the words would have a different weight and would make that person vibrate in a deeper way....:yo:

How we use words can alter the emotive meaning of a sentence even though they may both me technically identical

Which would you rather have to eat

A perfectly broiled Filet Mignon?

Or

A section of partially charred muscle tissue from a dead castrated bull?

Or how about this?

A Stag party is an English language or at least the American version idiom
for a Party where all the attendees are male

Comes from the term Stag as a Male Deer

However in the Livestock industry

A Stag is a Bull castrated after sexual maturity

Casts a whole different light on being invited to a "Stag" party

Your wisdom is interesting; your new photo beautiful :yo:

Words go where ever they have been heard or read. From there they enter our brain via the auditory or optic nerves. From there they are processed and evaluated touching us or eliciting us to respond and remember shortly or longly. I think the process of reading and hearing is more advanced than the processes involved in speaking. I've never gotten in trouble for reading or hearing; only speaking.

A word is a sort of trigger, it can easily influence our mood.
In case of oversensitive (hysterical) people a negative word can cause depression or even kill, and a positive word can make us happy. The phonetic structure of the word and the intonation used can also cause definite state of a human being.

Each word has association in our brain, if it is smth denoting a subject of the material word it creates the image, if it is an abstract notion it is associated with some generalization we have in mind, it can be connected with events of our life: pleasant or unpleasant.

Two people can use one and the same word the meaning of which can be slightly different for these two. It is often can be the reason of misunderstanding, plus specific connotations of attributes can influence the comrehension.

To avoid misunderstanding linguists recommend to ask your vis-a-vis if he understood the sense of a pronounced phrase, if you suddenly noticed strange reaction. Especially when we use not our native language it's better to check if you have been undersood correctly. It also shows respect to your partner of communication.
