Going to Colombia again

This evening I have booked flight for 2 weeks holiday to Colombia next month.

Tuesday 21st October, I will fly from London Heathrow to Bogota via Madrid on Iberia. I will arrive Bogota at 15.30 and will stay there for 1 night before flying to Cali for 1 week stay. After 1 week, I will be travelling to Manizales in a bus (5 hours). Manizales is famous for coffee production. Staying in Manizales for few days before heading back to Bogota in a bus (approximately 6 hours). Tuesday, the 4th November, I will fly into Madrid from Bogota.

The air fares only £479.10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will have to book the Madrid-London leg which is cheaper than London-Bogota-London !!!!!!!!!

The thing in Bogota - it is 2,600m above the sea level !! :plane:

What is your plan for getting out of Heathrow with your luggage on the same plane??

Spending time, effort, health and money unwisely on the utterly wrong kinda people I would consider extremely insane to deal with.
Hope you know, what you're doing. If that's your lifestyle, that's okay, but I wouldn't have been traveling places like that to tickle my self-esteem in a weak hope that there's someone who loves me JUST for my Passport and an opportunity to immigrate to the UK.

Just 2 tips. I don't know if you have been in Madrid airport lately but T4 is a total chaos. So take care with time for transfer and baggage.

And when come back, check your baggage dont any speck of "white dust". Customs control is very strict especially with people coming from Colombia ;)

I have 2 1/2 hour transfer time so it will be enough time. I am not going to use luggage this time. I will be taking hand luggage after what happened with Miami last time.
