I was a radio announcer at the time this song came out. I acquired a deep, sincere and abiding hate for the tune that has not faded with time.

Love both groups. The Dave Clark 5 was the only group that worried Lennon/McCarthy as serious competition. (And they had their song 'Glad All Over" used for the Glad bags commercial.) And Paul Revere and the Raiders are an Idaho group; they originated in Meridian, Idaho (about 200 miles from my town.)

It's a concert/documentary of Chuck Berry's 60th birthday. I think it was made in 1987. Kieth Richards, Etta James, Eric Clapton, and a few others perform with Chuck, with interviews from Bruce Springsteen, Jerry Lee Lewis... The stories they tell are great, and the music is great too. Definatley worth watching if you like any of these musicians. I already wanna see it again.
