Is it wrong for a man to want the guidance and management of a strong minded lady?

Thats not weakness , if man needs and accepts the leadership of smbd who is better organized, educated or just stronger in the field in which the man wants to succeed...it shows the strength ,shows that the man is not a coward pretending to be smth

for being weak, rebellions and losing control - which are weaknesses- the man should be punished, No one should feel not responsible for the faults he makes. Proper managment brings the lower creature to a higher level, and he(she) should appreciate that , and always reminded of responsibilities in case he wants to waste his master's energy or time with pointless and childish riots, which bring to the one who rebels nothing, but sorrows

Its hard to find the manager with good heart and honest mind, I must admitt...thats why people often сonfuse it with someone who uses and manipulates with the only aim to have benefits for himself using the weaker one

I agree with some of the points you make here, it is always good to gain new skills and strengths from those who excel in the areas that one needs to improve in. To admit to weaknesses and to be open to advice shows strength of character.

But are showing emotions really a weakness? A person can be strong inside and still show their emotions. Though anger is an emotion that should be kept inside and channeled into more productive areas of ones life. Self improvement is something that we should strive for, to give 100% everyday in all that ones undertakes. That is something I was told by a very smart person.

Talking about masters? I thought we were talking about a lady guiding a man and improving him, not about total control and masters.

As for the managers, how would one tell the difference between the two???

Is control neccesary? Is not guidance, advice, mutual understanding not enough? I mean, surely the learning process works in both directions? We all develop and grow everyday of our lives. We all change from the lessons we have learnt yesterday.

One last Question, do you ever think that, at some point, enough lessons have been learnt? Enough punishments and humilations received, that a man, no matter how submissive he may have been in the past, that he is able to stand alone?

Do you not think that there is a level of sorrows, that will break even the most devoted? A man can lose himself in these games, what starts as fun can get carried away, giving more and more of himself, and if the lady(master) is smart, she will break down his ego over time, convince him, that he is incapable to even do the most basic task without her overseeing things?

I see the phycology of a master/sub role is very interesting. I think sometimes the dependance can work in both directions, there is a trust build up over time, that can be difficult to break and it is the Dominant personality who believes they are the only one who can have any control and power or where things go or how they will end.

a man should be able to stand on his own two feet, make his own decisions before a woman even comes into his life.. a wife is supposed to be a man's help mate not manager, it's not manly to be henpecked... I am married and my wife and I support , love and help each other, she is not my manager nor does she want to be..
