Your overall anger score appears to fall in the “normal” range. This means that you get angry in some situations but aren’t the type to blow up all the time. You seem to have struck a balance between accepting the occasional flash of temper and not letting yourself get overly worked up. You realize that sometimes, it's just not worth the headache. This is generally a very healthy approach, as suppressing your anger or getting swept up in it are equally harmful to your health and your relationships.

Had the questions been different...the result would go near 100% i guess...lol

One of the big problems in the world, is that people try you from time to time; trying to get over on you, just to see if they can; or for even more sinister reasons. That should make anyone angry. It makes me angry anyway. I'm like, " why you want to F with somebody like this ? " :( Probably it isn't so good but I generally just have nothing to do with such people anylonger, because the're STUPID. I have to get away from these kinds of people before I go after there ass in some way, shape, or form.

I'll take the test now . I scored a 24.

Your overall anger score is low. This means that you are rather skilled at coping with potentially angering situations. There is also the possibility, however, that you are denying your real feelings of anger. The questions on this test dealt with some situations in which it is normal and understandable to feel angry. Your score indicates that you rarely felt anger, even in situations where most people would. On the one hand, this can be very positive - you may have reached a stage of enlightenment most of us never obtain - but there could be other reasons for your rather laid-back approach. Make sure that you are not bottling up your emotions and denying your true feelings, because this can be just as harmful as outright anger. Remember, it’s ok to feel angry sometimes, as long as you express it in a healthy way.

Your overall anger score is rather high. You seem to get angry more often than the average individual does. Perhaps the scenarios on the test rubbed you the wrong way. Whatever the case, learning to control your anger would likely prove beneficial. Anger is a firecracker of an emotion, and can have serious repercussions on your health and relationships. Some things just aren't worth getting worked up about! On the other hand some things are worth getting worked up about! And then perhaps this was just a bad day to take a test...

On the other hand some things are worth getting worked up about! And then perhaps this was just a bad day to take a test... They just have silly questions there and silly options :becky: I didn't even try to reply.
No question is good enough for me :becky:
Seeing your man cheting on you and replies are - how much you are angry? Too simplificative, too... like 1 cell brain. Why only option of level of angriness to this? There are many other strong feelings. I could choose not angry to all, or very angry to all - depending how understand the question and reply. But I understand it both ways.

And.. just leaving the person if see him cheating - is it angry or what?
You'd better not reply it too huney :-)

You're right. That's why it said Abriged Test :) To do real anger test you need at least 100 questions....and they are not straightfoward.
