Sounds like each thread gets 2 answers. Either the answers are so profound and so well executed or nobdy gives a damn in any language

Yes, only an auto Q&A game :)
The owner is a "gamer" and he ask and answer himself. Some posts are in japanese (I think)

I don't think a only-one-forum is the right way. In fact is the solution proposed in LL.
A personal blog (now renamed to forum) when you can write in several languages, say all that you want (that VeePee is bad and Obama worst or opposite), moderate, insult, fook everybody and many more things.
Do you really think that is the best option ????
If right, to create an own forum is so easy nowadays.
