Lazyman Stroganhoff

1lb ground beef
1 onion
garlic (fresh only!!)
cream of mushroom soup
Your favorite noodles
Favorite spices
Pepper (black)

Brown the ground beef in a frying pan. When cooked though strain off any grease and keep browning. Add the onion, chopped or minced, and pepper it. Let simmer covered for 10 minutes. Start boiling your noodles. Add spices to the meat. I like a little parsley, paprika, chili powder, and then crush the garlic and add it last. If you add the fresh garlic too early it will scorch and taste bitter. Add the can of mushroom soup and half a can of water to it...too much water will make it too soupy. You want a thicker sauce. Now let it simmer untill the noodles are done.

Serve the sauce over the noodles with garlic toast on the side and maybe a cold beer or cold wine with it.

1 head Romaine lettuce
Fresh tomato
Parmesan Cheese ( fresh not canned)
Sliced Ham
Sliced Roast beef
Fresh Mozza
Your favorite salad dressing
Mayonnase and/or mustard

Clean the lettuce and cut the skinny end off leaving only the broad leaf. Save the ends, we'll get to those in a moment. Slice the tomato into thin sections and cut down into narrow halfs. Now assemble the roll by placing ham or beef or both on the leaf. Top with tomato and mozza slice sprinkle with parmesan cheese and roll it up. Hold together with a tooth pick. Now for the ends of the Romaine. Put them in a bowl of ice and water and put them out as finger food with a side of your favorite dressing.

Enjoy!!

Breakfast salsa

1 peach
1 avacado
3 kiwi fruit
Black cherries ( 12 or so)
Handful of raspberries
8 large strawberries
handful of blueberries
1 cup fresh whip cream

Dice all the fruit into small cubes. Mix with the whip cream and serve with your favorite breakfast roll or food. I like to serve mine with pancakes and maple syrup or with french toast sprinkled lightly with powder sugar

Simple Raspberry Dressing for salad

Olive oil or Canola oil 1/4 cup
Redwine vinegar 1/8 cup
Sugar 2 table Spoon
Fresh crushed Raspberries 1/4 cup

Mix the crushed fruit, juice and all, to the vinegar and add the sugar. Mix well and refridgerate for about 3 hours untill nice and cold. Make your favorite salad. Mix the fruit mixture with the oil and add the salad to it in a large bowl. Toss and serve. Always add the oil just before you serve to keep the items from separating.
